Windows 7 is no longer going to be supported by Microsoft but in theory it should work as long as the PHP and database are the proper versions for a manual installation. I do not know if the installer was tested on Windows 7.
How i publish tao testing test with different students in different locations. if TAO work when they also installed TAO?. Or we can publish through internet with one system installation?

You would need to install TAO on a system(server) that is accessible via URL from those other locations.
